There’s never a dull moment at Vemma Home Office! Last Thursday, your fearless leader and enthusiastic corporate team hosted a Dunk-a-Thon to support our annual Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® fundraising campaign. The event, held on July 12, 2012, resulted in record-breaking donations, some friendly competition, and a lot of laughter!

What seemed like a typical summer day in Phoenix generated more than record-breaking temperatures when the executive leadership team and eight other Home Office staff members took turns in the dunking booth. In addition to dunking BK, Brad and Mark, participants also had a chance to dunk Don (IT), Brandi (Legal), Scott (Creative),Tammy (R&D), Alex, Jonathan, Alecia and Daniel (Brand Partner Services).

Despite the sweltering heat, we had a great turnout and the event was a huge success. Vemma Home Office staff enjoyed ice cold Verve and water as they lined up to dunk their favorite executives and coworkers in an effort to help Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals create real miracles for children in need.

Fun Facts

• The person who brought in the most donations was our Creative Director, Scott Flatt.
• The people who got dunked the most times were Scott and Jonathan, followed by our executive team, BK, Brad and Mark.
